Welcome to "The Completist and Items of Purpose" curated by K-C Rutherford! Most of you know me from when I used to own an art gallery down in King William called the Peep Hole Art Gallery or when I was running African Odyssey down in Alamo Plaza or possibly from Kathleen Sommers, in Monte Vista. Art has always been my passion and collecting and finding items that make me happy has never stopped! I reached a point where I was inundated with too much awesome stuff and felt I needed to share it with the public! I have items from mid-century modern to eclectic, and funky antiques to items that just make me laugh! If you're looking for something special I probably have two of them, if you don't see it in the shop just ask and I can probably find it for you.  

For me each day starts with a moment of gratitude, a reflection, a cup of coffee, and a walk around to look for new growth or change in my plants.  My home has always been filled with plants; they add life and color and joy and i want to share this joy with others.  For several years as i was dreaming of retirement i was also collecting vessels (rusty, new, vintage, antique, unusual, ecclectic) in which to grow and display plants.  I now spend time creating plant/pot combinations and you will find them here in my LIVING Room along with other plant related items.  Come shop for yourself or to pick up a gift...
